1st interview
As a practical interview, a structured interview and personality/aptitude evaluation are conducted to evaluate the overall competencies of new applicants.
* Structured interview: Interviews related to one's own experience/job aptitude/job suitability/behavioral standards/values, etc.
* Personality Assessment: Conducting an unstructured interview through Q&A

2nd interview
It is conducted by a CUBE representative and evaluates whether the person is suitable for the CUBE organization.
* 1:1 interview with the CEO
* Conducting unstructured interview based on the contents of the first interview

Final Pass
Applicants who are judged to be suitable for the CUBE organization through internal review after completing the interview will be finally accepted.
* Individual notification through personal contact/e-mail (including non-pass applicants)
* Decide on the admission schedule through consultation after acceptance
Career Recruitment

* Interview with CUBE executives

Applicants who are judged to be suitable for the CUBE organization through internal review after completing the interview will be finally accepted.
* Individual notification through personal contact/e-mail (including non-pass applicants)
